how does it work?
It starts with a phone call in which we discuss your needs and determine if Website Now is a good fit for you. Then we identify your website pages (outline), select a domain name, discuss the website design based on example templates, and you provide us with your company logo (if you have one), basic written content and photos/graphics. That’s it! We then design and develop your website. The only investment on your part is the first month’s fee and a 24-month commitment to that monthly fee.
who is the program for?
The program was designed with contractors in mind but it can be useful for any small business. While it’s not for everyone; i.e. companies that need custom website design or control over their own content, it is a wonderful solution for companies that need a professional website presence but do not have the budget for a large (i.e. $$ thousands) investment. The program also controls the annual costs of having a website, by combining billing to a predictable monthly fee.

Websites will be built using the WordPress content management system (CMS) including installation of professional themes and plugins.

Website maintenance:
WordPress periodically updates its core code for security and functionality reasons; therefore, WordPress web sites and their themes and plugins must be monitored and updated regularly. With the website maintenance service we will evaluate your web site at minimum twice per month:
- Log into website administration panel, scan for WordPress, theme and plugin updates, and then perform those updates
- Scan for PHP update and if indicated, then log into your hosting account to upgrade PHP
- Trouble-shoot and fix any SSL or website functionality issues if they occur
Domain based email:
If Website Now Professional is selected, the service will include one domain-based email address with Microsoft 365. If additional email addresses are needed, please inquire.
Privacy policy:
If Website Now Professional is selected, the service will include a subscription to Termageddon which provides automatically updating privacy policy, cookie consent and terms of service to help companies avoid fines and comply with rapidly expanding privacy laws.
